Complete Submittal. A group of individual Submittals, encompassing all the Work related to the provision of a Definable Feature of Work specified in a Detailed Statement of Work. Completion – A total Acceptance of the Work. Construction Project Manager (CM) - A consultant firm or an individual that Owner may from time to time utilize to provide construction management services, or serve as a Project Manager if so specified in a Service Work Order or so delegated by the Owner’s Project Manager.
