Common use of Complete Understanding Clause in Contracts

Complete Understanding. The terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement represent the full and complete understanding and commitment between the parties. The terms and conditions may be altered, changed, added to, deleted from, or modified only through the voluntary and initial consent of the parties in a written amendment to the Agreement.
