Completeness and Accuracy of Information. There is nothing of which it is aware which would be reasonably likely to have a Material Adverse Effect which has not been disclosed to the Lender in writing in connection with or pursuant to the terms of the Credit Documents. All information supplied by it to the Lender relating to it (including the representations, warranties and other assertions made under the Credit Documents) was true and accurate in all material respects as of the date supplied, and did not as of such date, and does not as of the date hereof, omit to state any material information necessary to make the information therein contained, in light of the circumstances under which such information was supplied, not misleading provided that to the extent any such information was based upon or constitutes a forecast or projection, the Borrower only represents that it acted in good faith and utilized reasonable assumptions and due care in the preparation of such information.
