Common use of Completeness and Modification Clause in Contracts

Completeness and Modification. This Option Agreement, together with all exhibits hereto, constitutes the entire agreement between the parties hereto with respect to the transactions contemplated herein, and it supersedes all prior discussions, understandings or agreements between the parties. This Option Agreement shall not be modified or amended except by an instrument or writing signed by both Optionor and Optionee.
