Common use of Completeness of Due Diligence Activities Clause in Contracts

Completeness of Due Diligence Activities. ACS acknowledges that it has been provided with sufficient access to Symetra facilities, information and personnel, and has had sufficient time in which to conduct and perform a thorough due diligence of Symetra’s operations and business requirements and those assets currently used to provide the services. In light of the foregoing, ACS will not seek any adjustment in the Fees based on any incorrect assumptions made by ACS in arriving at the Fees.
