COMPLETION AND OCCUPATION. 8.1 The EMPLOYER will take possession and occupation of the completed WORKS on a date 7 (seven) months after commencement of the WORKS, or an alternative date as notified by the CONTRACTOR in writing. The construction industry holiday during December/January period is excluded from the 7 (seven) month period for the completion of the WORKS.
