COMPLETION AND OCCUPATION. 8.1 Upon transfer and registration of the PROPERTY, the EMPLOYER may only legally take possession and occupation of the completed WORKS on a date 7 (seven) months following the commencement of the WORKS. Before the EMPLOYER may take possession and occupation of the completed WORKS, the 7 (seven) month period specifically EXCLUDE the following periods of time:
