Common use of Completion Obligations Clause in Contracts

Completion Obligations. 5.1 Completion of this Agreement will take place at [•] a.m./p.m. on Sunday [•] 2022 (which, for the avoidance of doubt, is shortly following the time at which Demerger Completion is expected to occur and prior to the time at which Admission is expected to occur), provided that the Condition Precedent has been satisfied by such time, or at such other time as agreed by the Parties, provided that in all cases, Completion of this Agreement will take place following Demerger Completion and prior to Admission.
