Within thirty (30) days of the Completion thereof, PII will pay RBX a one-time milestone payment of [*]. For clarity, if [*] are contemplated in the Development Plan, then Completion of the [*] shall occur upon the Completion of the [*]. In the event multiple arms of such [*] are performed using different comparitors and/or patient populations, the Milestone Payment under this Section 5.02(a) shall be triggered upon the Completion of the last arm of such [*] (expressly excluding any requirement to complete any [*]) relating to such [*].

In the event multiple arms of a [*] are performed using different comparitors and/or patient populations, the Milestone Payment under this Section 5.02(c) shall be triggered upon the Completion of [*] relating to such [*] (expressly excluding any requirement to complete any [*]).
Completion of. CALLS Crew members who are unable to complete a call by the end of their shift shall remain on duty for the additional time required to complete the call. Pay shall be in accordance with Article 16.01.
Completion of a performance appraisal will include an opportunity for discussion of the information contained in the appraisal. The discussion can be in-person, via email or by phone or a combination of the three. The preference of the employee shall be taken into consideration in determining the manner in which the discussion occurs.
(a) Prior to placement of a completed performance appraisal on the employee’s personnel file, the employee shall be provided with a copy by email, and within the next 10 business days either the employee or the employer may request further discussion.
(b) Following such further discussion and prior to placement of a final performance appraisal on the personnel file, the employee shall be provided with a final copy including amendments.
Completion of. (a) the transfer of the Partial ROFO Shares to the Rights Shareholder or such other person as it may have nominated in the Partial-Share ROFO Response Notice in consideration for the payment of the Aggregate Partial-Share Purchase Price to the Selling Shareholder, (b) the transfer of all of the Remaining ROFO Shares to the Qualifying Third Party ROFO Purchaser at the Aggregate Remaining Share Purchase Price or a higher price, pursuant to clause 15.9, and (c) the payment to any Outstanding Claim Amounts in accordance with clause 14.7 shall occur simultaneously and, for the avoidance of doubt, neither transfer shall proceed unless the other transfer also proceeds.

Completion of six professional growth units shall entitle the employee to a professional growth stipend of $300. The professional growth stipend(s) shall be paid to the employee twice a year. The following payment schedule and guidelines apply:
30.6.1 For six (6) professional growth units completed and verified prior to January 15, the employee shall be paid a stipend in the February warrant. For units taken at a university or junior college the official transcripts must have been submitted by January 15. To have successfully completed the course, the employee must have passed the course or passed with a grade of C or better if the course is graded.
30.6.2 For six (6) professional growth units completed and verified prior to June 15, the employee shall be paid a stipend in the July warrant. For units taken at a university or junior college the official transcripts must have been submitted by June 10. To have successfully completed the course, the employee must have passed the course or passed with a grade of C or better if the course is graded.
30.6.3 An employee may carry over excessive units of approved professional growth credit from the previous stipend period to the next stipend period.
Completion of. 40kg Manufacturing Campaign of PBT2 HCI under cGMP (as per agreed specifications), acceptance of Certificate of Analysis and executed batch records by Prana.
(i) The manufacture will proceed as per the agreed master batch records. Prana will be informed of all deviations, however minor, and those will be dealt with as per the Quality Agreement.
(ii) All results will be communicated to Prana immediately. Any result that raises questions will be communicated to Prana ahead of any internal investigation so Prana can be take part in resolving issues.
(iii) The existing analytical methods as well as the refined analytical methods as per Sub Project 2, will be used to release intermediates and final materials. All intermediates and final material will meet the specifications agreed with Prana prior to manufacture.
(iv) The batch polymorphic form will match that of PBT2 batch AFEH001457 manufactured by Xx. Xxxxx’x in 2010.
(v) Mother liquors from the last recrystallization step, intermediates and crude samples from the GMP manufacture will be retained in the Xx. Xxxxx’x facilities for a period of up to 90 days after the completion of the Project. After which time Prana will have the option to either ship the materials to another site at cost to Prana, request further storage in the Xx. Xxxxx’x facilities at a cost to Prana agreed to by both parties or have these materials destroyed or disposed of by Xx. Xxxxx’x according to their regular procedures. If prior to 90 days Prana decides to engage Xx. Xxxxx’x for recovery development and/or impurity work using these materials, they will be retained at Xx. Xxxxx’x for those purposes.
Completion of. Any work performed by Landlord, its contractors, subcontractors or consultants and not meeting the requirements set forth in Section I or not acceptable to the appropriate governmental agencies or neither reasonably satisfactory to, nor previously approved by, Tenant shall be promptly replaced by Landlord at Landlord’s expense. Notwithstanding any failure by Tenant to object to any such work, Tenant shall have no responsibility therefor. Landlord shall defend, indemnify and hold Tenant harmless from such work. Landlord shall notify Tenant in writing when it believes Close-In of the ** has occurred. Within three (3) business days thereafter, Tenant and the Consulting Architect, together with Landlord and **, shall make an inspection of the ** to ensure that Close-in of the ** has occurred. If there is any dispute among the parties, the Consulting Architect shall make the final decision.
Completion of. Hours of Service (may not be more than 1,000 Hours).
