Completion of a Utilisation Request for Loans. (a) Each Utilisation Request for a Loan under Facility A or Facility B is irrevocable and will not be regarded as having been duly completed unless: (i) it identifies the Facility to be utilised; (ii) it identifies the relevant Borrower in respect of whom the Utilisation request is being made; (iii) the proposed Utilisation Date is a Business Day within the Availability Period applicable to that Facility; (iv) the currency and amount of the Utilisation comply with clause 5.4 (Currency and amount); and (v) the proposed Interest Period complies with clause 12 (Interest Periods). (b) Only one Loan may be requested in each Utilisation Request.

(a) Each Utilisation Request for a Loan under Facility A or Facility B is irrevocable and will not be regarded as having been duly completed unless: (i) it identifies the Facility or Facilities to be utilisedutilised in accordance with Clause 5.8 (Allocation between Facilities); (ii) it identifies the relevant Borrower in respect of whom the Utilisation request is being madeLoan; (iii) the proposed Utilisation Date is a Business Day within the Availability Period applicable to that FacilityPeriod; (iv) the currency and amount of the Utilisation comply with clause 5.4 Clause 5.3 (Currency and amount); and (v) the proposed Interest Period complies with clause 12 Clause 17 (Interest Periods). (b) Only one Loan Utilisation may be requested in each Utilisation Request (save that, in the case of a Utilisation of Facility A, the Matching Utilisation may be requested in the same Utilisation Request.

(a) Each Utilisation Request for a Loan under Facility A or Facility B is irrevocable and will not be regarded as having been duly completed unless: (i) it identifies the Facility to be utilised; (ii) it identifies whether the relevant Borrower in respect of whom the Utilisation request is being madeLoan will be an Acquisition Loan; (iii) the proposed Utilisation Date is a Business Day within the Availability Period applicable to that Facility; (iv) the currency and amount of the Utilisation comply with clause 5.4 Clause 5.3 (Currency and amount); and (v) the proposed Interest Period complies with clause Clause 12 (Interest Periods). (b) Multiple Utilisations may be requested in a Utilisation Request where the proposed Utilisation Date is the Closing Date. Only one Loan Utilisation may be requested in each subsequent Utilisation Request.

Completion of a Utilisation Request for Loans. (a) Each Utilisation Request for a Loan under Facility A or is irrevocable (but, subject to Clause 20.2 (Other indemnities), may be conditional in respect of Facility B is irrevocable Loans) and will not be regarded as having been duly completed unless: (i) it identifies the Facility to be utilised; (ii) it identifies the relevant Borrower in respect of whom the Utilisation request is being made; (iii) the proposed Utilisation Date is a Business Day within the Availability Period applicable to that Facility; (iviii) the currency and amount of the Utilisation comply with clause 5.4 Clause 5.3 (Currency and amount); and (viv) the proposed Interest Period complies with clause 12 Clause 15 (Interest Periods). (b) Multiple Utilisations may be requested in a Utilisation Request where the proposed Utilisation Date is on or prior to the Closing Date. Only one Loan Utilisation may be requested in each subsequent Utilisation Request.
