Completion of a Utilisation Request for Loans. Each Utilisation Request is irrevocable and will not be regarded as having been duly completed unless: (a) it identifies the purpose for which the Facility is to be utilised; (b) the proposed Loans are allocated pro rata between Tranche A and Tranche B (provided that this restriction shall cease to apply when there are no further Available Commitments under one Tranche, to the extent that Available Commitments remain under the other Tranche); (c) the proposed Utilisation Date is a Business Day within the Availability Period; (d) the amount of the Utilisation complies with Clause 5.3 (Currency and amount); and (e) the Supplier or the Borrower, as the case may be, attaches to the Utilisation Request all relevant documents required to be provided as per the form for that Utilisation Request, each in form and substance satisfactory to the COFACE Agent; and (f) the Utilisation Request is executed by a person duly authorised to do so on behalf of the Borrower.
