Common use of Completion of a Utilisation Request for Loans Clause in Contracts

Completion of a Utilisation Request for Loans. (a) Each Utilisation Request for a Loan is irrevocable and will not be regarded as having been duly completed unless: (i) it identifies the Borrower of the Loan; (ii) the proposed Utilisation Date is a Business Day within the Availability Period; (iii) the currency and amount of the Utilisation comply with Clause 5.3 (Currency and amount); and (iv) the proposed Interest Period complies with Clause 15 (Interest Periods). (b) Multiple Utilisations may be requested in a Utilisation Request where the proposed Utilisation Date is the Closing Date. Only one Utilisation may be requested in each subsequent Utilisation Request.

(b) Multiple Utilisations may be requested in a Utilisation Request where the proposed Utilisation Date is the Closing Date. Only Unless otherwise agreed with the Agent, only one Utilisation may be requested in each subsequent Utilisation Request.

(a) 5.2.1 Each Utilisation Request for a Loan is irrevocable and will not be regarded as having been duly completed unless: (i) it identifies the Borrower of the LoanFacility to be utilised; (ii) the proposed Utilisation Date is a Business Day within the Availability PeriodPeriod applicable to that Facility; (iii) the currency and amount of the Utilisation Loan comply with Clause 5.3 (Currency and amount); and (iv) the proposed Interest Period complies with Clause 15 13 (Interest Periods). (b) 5.2.2 Multiple Utilisations Loans may be requested in a Utilisation Request where the proposed Utilisation Date is the Closing Date. Only one Utilisation Loan may be requested in each subsequent Utilisation Request.
