Common use of Completion of BPW Improvements Clause in Contracts

Completion of BPW Improvements. 2.10(a). The BPW shall allow connection to the BPW System for the Development, in whole or in part, upon Developer’s payment of applicable fees, reimbursement of actual BPW expenses pursuant to this Agreement, or both, as appropriate.
