Completion of Contracts and Project. When the Construction Manager considers a Contractor’s work or a designated portion thereof complete, the Construction Manager shall prepare for the Architect a list of incomplete or unsatisfactory items (“Punch-list”) and a schedule for their completion. The Construction Manager shall assist the Architect in conducting inspections. The Construction Manager shall coordinate the correction and completion of the work. The Construction Manager shall assist the Architect in determining when the Project or a designated portion thereof is complete. The Construction Manager shall prepare a summary of the status of the work of each contractor, listing changes in the previously issued Punch-list and recommending the times within which contractors shall complete the uncompleted items on the Punch-list.
