Common use of Completion of Exhibits and Schedules Clause in Contracts

Completion of Exhibits and Schedules. The Parties acknowledge that all of the Exhibits and Schedules anticipated to have been delivered by Seller pursuant to this Agreement have been completed on or prior to the Execution Date by Seller but that such Exhibits and Schedules may be amended or supplemented pursuant to a Modification after the Execution Date in accordance with the terms herein. All Exhibits and Schedules attached to this Agreement shall be binding on the Parties unless and until amended or supplemented pursuant to this Section, if at all, or until termination of this Agreement.
