Completion of House Sample Clauses
Completion of House. If the House is not Complete at the time that the Purchaser signs this Agreement, Seller shall Complete the House within 2 years after the date that the Purchaser signs this Agreement, subject to extensions for circumstances reasonably beyond Seller's control as determined by South Carolina law. For purposes of this subsection (f), “Complete” means that the House is ready for occupancy by Purchaser, has all necessary and customary utilities extended to it, and a certificate of occupancy has been issued. Notwithstanding any provision in this Agreement to the contrary, including but not limited to Section 18(b), nothing herein shall limit Purchaser’s remedies if Seller defaults under this subsection (f).
