Common use of Completion of Plans and Specifications Clause in Contracts

Completion of Plans and Specifications. All Plans and Specifications shall be prepared in strict compliance with applicable standards and requirements as set forth in the Lease, this Work Letter and otherwise, and shall also adhere to the design drawings approved by Lessor. Lessee shall deliver to Lessor, as soon as practicable after the date of Lessor's approval of design drawings, the proposed Plans and Specifications. If the Plans and Specifications are returned to Lessee with comments, but not bearing approval of Lessor, the Plans and Specifications shall be revised by Lessee and resubmitted to Lessor for approval. This process will continue until approval of Lessor is obtained.
