Common use of Completion of Proceedings Clause in Contracts

Completion of Proceedings. All corporate and other proceedings taken or to be taken in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement and other Loan Documents and all documents incidental thereto shall be satisfactory in form and substance to Lender, and Lender shall have received all such counterpart originals or certified copies of such documents as Lender may reasonably request.

Completion of Proceedings. All corporate corporate, partnership or limited liability company and other proceedings taken or to be taken in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement and other Loan Documents and the Senior Loan Documents and all documents incidental thereto shall be satisfactory in form and substance to Lender, and Lender shall have received all such counterpart originals or certified copies of such documents as Lender may reasonably request.

Completion of Proceedings. All corporate and other proceedings taken or to be taken in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement and other Loan Documents hereby and all documents incidental thereto not previously found acceptable by Lender and its counsel shall be reasonably satisfactory in form and substance to LenderLender and such counsel, and Lender and such counsel shall have received all such counterpart originals or certified copies of such documents as Lender may reasonably request.

All corporate partnership, corporate, and other proceedings taken or to be taken in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Credit Agreement and other Loan Documents and all documents incidental thereto shall be satisfactory in form and substance to the Lender, and the Lender shall have received all such counterpart originals or certified copies of such documents as the Lender may reasonably request.

Completion of Proceedings. All corporate and other proceedings taken or to be taken in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement and Loan Agreement, the other Loan Documents Documents, and all documents incidental thereto shall be have been completed in a manner satisfactory in form and substance to Lender, and Lender shall have received all such counterpart originals or certified copies of such documents as Lender may reasonably request, including, without limitation, evidence of any required approvals of insurance regulatory authorities.

All corporate limited partnership and other proceedings taken or to be taken by Borrower, General Partner, Tenant or Guarantor in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement and other Loan Documents and all documents incidental thereto shall be satisfactory in form and substance to Lender, and Lender shall have received all such counterpart originals or certified copies of such documents as Lender may reasonably request.

Completion of Proceedings. All partnership, corporate and other proceedings taken or to be taken in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement and other Loan Documents hereby, and all documents incidental thereto thereto, shall be satisfactory in form and substance to Lender, and Lender Xxxxxx shall have received all such counterpart originals or certified copies of such documents as Lender may reasonably request.

All corporate corporate, limited liability company and other proceedings taken or to be taken in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement and other Loan Documents and all documents incidental thereto hereby shall be reasonably satisfactory in form and substance to the Lender, and the Lender shall have received all such counterpart originals or certified copies of such documents as the Lender may reasonably request.

All corporate and other proceedings taken or to be taken by Borrower in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement and the other Loan Documents and all documents incidental thereto shall be satisfactory in form and substance to Lender, and Lender shall have received all such counterpart originals or certified copies of such documents as Lender may reasonably request.

All corporate and other proceedings taken or to be taken in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement and other Loan Documents hereby and all documents incidental thereto not previously found acceptable by Lender and its counsel shall be satisfactory in form and substance to LenderLender and such counsel, and Lender and such counsel shall have received all such counterpart originals or certified copies of such documents as Lender may reasonably request.
