Completion of Sale and Purchase. The requirements under Sections 8.1 and 8.2 are interdependent and must be completed contemporaneously.
Completion of Sale and Purchase. 5.1 Completion of the sale and purchase of the Option Shares or such part thereof shall take place on the Completion Date in the manner following:-

Completion of Sale and Purchase of the Shares The completion of the sale and purchase of the Shares will take place upon payment of the First Payment of RM250,000.00 as referred to in 2.2(i) above.

The sale and purchase of the NSMH Shares referred to in Clauses 15.2.1 and 15.2.2 (the offer wherefore shall have been accepted in the case described in Clause 15.2.2) shall be completed (in respect of Clause 15.2.2, subject to the grant of MDTCA’s Approval or, if applicable, the nomination of a 3rd Party Purchaser) at NSMH's registered office within a period of 21 (Twenty One) days from the date on which the Certified Value is certified or the grant of the MTDCA’s Approval whichever shall be the later. For the purposes of the completion of such sale and purchase:-

Completion of the sale and purchase of the Shares ("COMPLETION") shall take place simultaneously with the completion of the sale and purchase of the Unioffice Shares and MWA Shares to the Purchaser, not later than 5.00 p.m. on the date falling seven (7) Business Days from the date the last outstanding Condition Precedent was fulfilled or waived, as the case may be, or such other date as may be agreed between the parties hereto at the office of Xxxxx Xxx & Bok, Kuala Lumpur or such other place as may be agreed between the parties hereto, when the following actions shall be taken by the parties hereto:-
Completion of Sale and Purchase. (1) The completion of the sale and purchase of the Sale Shares herein shall take place on the Completion Date at the registered office of the Purchaser (or such other place as the Parties hereto may hereafter agree).
Completion of Sale and Purchase. 4.1 Completion of the sale and purchase of the Sale Shares shall take place on the date falling two (2) Business Days after the date of this Agreement at the offices of the Vendor.
Completion of Sale and Purchase. Completion of the sale and purchase of the Sale Shares shall take place at ll.OO a.m. on the Completion Date (or such other date as the parties hereto may agree upon in writing) at the office of the Purchaser when the following actions shall be taken by the parties hereto simultaneously: 6.1.1 The Vendor's Solicitors shall forward to the Purchaser the said Documents; 6.1.2 The Vendor shall deliver to the Purchaser the following: 6.1.2.1 a circular resolution of the Board of Directors of the Company approving the following: 6.1.2.1.1 appointment of four (4) nominees of the Purchaser as additional Class A Directors of the Company; and
