Common use of Completion of Sale Clause in Contracts

Completion of Sale. (a) The sale of the Designated Unit and its appurtenances shall be completed by executing a Deed of Conveyance by the Vendor in respect thereof simultaneously with the Purchaser(s) taking possession of the Designated Unit. In case of the Purchaser(s) committing any delay or default in getting the Deed of Conveyance executed and registered, the Purchaser(s) shall be liable for all liabilities and consequences arising thereby.

Completion of Sale. (a) 5.1 The sale of the Designated Unit and its appurtenances Appurtenances shall be completed by executing a Deed of Conveyance by the Vendor Developer in respect thereof simultaneously with the Purchaser(s) Purchaser taking possession of the Designated Unit. In case of the Purchaser(s) Purchaser committing any delay or default in getting the Deed of Conveyance executed and registered, the Purchaser(s) Purchaser shall be liable for all liabilities and consequences arising thereby.

Completion of Sale. Completion of Sale. (a) 12.1 The sale of the Designated Unit designated Flat/Unit/Apartment and its appurtenances Appurtenances shall be completed by executing a Deed of Conveyance by the Vendor and the Developer in respect thereof simultaneously with the Purchaser(s) taking possession of the Designated said designated Flat/Unit/Apartment. In case of the Purchaser(s) committing any delay or default in getting the Deed of Conveyance executed and registered, the Purchaser(s) shall be liable for all liabilities and consequences arising thereby.

Completion of Sale. (a) The sale of the Designated Unit said designated unit / said complete unit and its appurtenances shall be completed by executing a Deed of Conveyance deed-of-conveyance by the Vendor owner and the promoter in respect thereof simultaneously with the Purchaser(s) purchaser’s taking possession of the Designated Unitsaid designated unit / said complete unit. In case of the Purchaser(s) purchaser’s committing any delay or default in getting the Deed of Conveyance deed-of-conveyance executed and registered, the Purchaser(s) purchaser shall be liable for all liabilities and consequences arising thereby.
