Construction by Developer. The Developer shall construct, complete and finish the Said Flat And Appurtenances in accordance with the Sanctioned Plans or as may be recommended by the Architect, as per the Specifications described in the 4th Schedule below. The decision of the Architect in all regards including quality and workmanship shall be final and binding on the Parties.
