Completion of Sale. The sale of the Said Unit And Appurtenances shall be completed by execution and registration of conveyance in favour of the Buyer provided the Buyer tenders in time all amounts required for the same as mentioned in ClauseClause 8.4.2 (d) above. The Legal Advisors shall draft the standard conveyance and only such standard conveyance shall be used. The Buyer shall be bound to take conveyance of the Said Unit And Appurtenances on or before the Date Of Possession, failing which physical possession of the Said Unit And Appurtenances shall not be delivered to the Buyer.
