No Nomination Charges for Parent, Spouse and Children. Subject to the approval and acceptance of the Promoter and subject to the above conditions, the Allottee shall be entitled to nominate, assign and/or Transfer the Allottee’s right, title and interest and obligations under this Agreement to parent, spouse and children, without payment of the aforesaid nomination charge.

The Buyers admit and accept that the Buyers shall not nominate or assign the rights under this Agreement save in the manner indicated above.
