Common use of Completion of Substitution Clause in Contracts

Completion of Substitution. On completion of the formalities set out in Clause 15.2, the Substituted Obligor will be deemed to be named in this Trust Deed and the Bonds as the principal debtor in place of the Issuer (or of any previous substitute) and this Trust Deed and the Bonds will be deemed to be amended as necessary to give effect to the substitution.

Completion of Substitution. On completion of the formalities set out in sub-Clause 15.213.2, the Substituted Obligor will be deemed to be named in this Trust Deed and the Bonds as the principal debtor in place of the Issuer (or of any previous substitute) and this Trust Deed and the Bonds will be deemed to be amended as necessary to give effect to the substitution.

On completion of the formalities set out in Clause 15.212.2, the Substituted Obligor will be deemed to be named in this Trust Deed Deed, the Notes and the Bonds Coupons as the principal debtor in place of the Issuer (or of any previous substitute) and this Trust Deed Deed, the Notes and the Bonds Coupons will be deemed to be amended as necessary to give effect to the substitution.

On completion of the formalities set out in Clause 15.211.3.1 (Power of Bond Trustee to Agree to Substitution), the Substituted Obligor will be deemed to be named in this Trust Deed and the Bonds as the principal debtor in place of the Issuer (or of any previous substitute) and this Trust Deed and the Bonds will be deemed to be amended as necessary to give effect to the substitution.

On completion of the formalities set out in this Clause 15.212.2, the Substituted Obligor will be deemed to be named in this Trust Deed and the Bonds Notes as the principal debtor in place of the Issuer (or of any previous substitute) and this Trust Deed and the Bonds Notes will be deemed to be amended as necessary to give effect to the substitution.

Completion of Substitution. On completion of the formalities set out in this Clause 15.213.2, the Substituted Obligor will be deemed to be named in this Trust Deed Deed, the Agency Agreement and the Bonds as the principal debtor in place of the Issuer (or of any previous substitute) or as the guarantor in place of the Guarantor (or of any previous substitute), as the case may be, and this Trust Deed Deed, the Agency Agreement and the Bonds will be deemed to be amended as necessary to give effect to the substitution.
