Completion of the Improvements. The Subdivider shall complete construction of the Improvements within the time period required by Marana Town Code section 17‑5‑4, as it may be amended; provided, however, that if the Performance Bond has a termination date, the Improvements shall be completed at least 90 days prior to the Performance Bond termination date. The Improvements shall not be considered completed unless and until they have been constructed in accordance with all applicable plans and regulations and inspected by the Town for compliance with the plans and regulations.
