Completion of the Preliminary Agreement. Unless otherwise terminated under paragraphs 2.7.1 or 8.7 of this Agreement, Design-Builder’s services under this Agreement shall be deemed completed upon acceptance of the GMP Exhibit. The terms of this Agreement shall terminate upon finalization of the GMP Exhibit and execution of the GMP Agreement by both parties.
