Common use of Completion of the Utilisation Request Clause in Contracts

Completion of the Utilisation Request. (a) The Utilisation Request is irrevocable and will not be regarded as having been duly completed unless: (i) the proposed Utilisation Date is a Business Day within the Availability Period; and (ii) it specifies that the currency of the Utilisation is sterling, (b) Only one (1) Utilisation Request may be served under this Agreement in respect of the Facilities for all Aircraft.
