Completion Time. The Contractor shall commence work within seven (7) days after the date of written notice from the Engineer to begin work, and shall complete all work within the number of days detailed in the Contract Agreement after the expiration date of such seven (7) day period. Progress and completion of work and damage if required for failure to complete the work within the time required shall be further set out in detail in the general conditions and the special provisions.
