Common use of Compliance Activities Clause in Contracts

Compliance Activities. With respect to enforcement of reliability standards, WECC will: 2.1.7.1 implement the Reliability Management System in effect as of WECC’s formation and as the Reliability Management System may be subsequently modified in accordance with its terms; 2.1.7.2 implement any monitoring and enforcement mechanisms delegated to it pursuant to Section 215 of the Federal Power Act and any Delegation Agreement with the ERO, or required by any International Reliability Agreement with a Canadian or Mexican authority; and 2.1.7.3 administer any other monitoring and enforcement mechanisms where WECC is designated to perform administration.
