COMPLIANCE AND APPLICABLE LAW. A. The parties shall comply and perform all services specified herein in accordance with all local, county, state, and federal laws, regulations, statues, and ordinances, and rules, and YEMSA policies and procedures in effect at the inception of this Agreement or that become effective during the term of this Agreement.
