Compliance with Applicable Laws and Standards. 9.1.1 Each party must comply with all Applicable Laws in performing their obligations under this Agreement.
9.1.2 Supplier must, at its own cost hold and maintain all necessary licences, approvals and permits and the like required by any government authority or agency and must ensure that the Milk produced by Supplier also complies with all Applicable Laws and standards.
Compliance with Applicable Laws and Standards. The Consultant shall strictly comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, ordinances, decrees, orders, published governmental guidance documents, and industrial statues, regulations, codes and standards in its performance of Services.
Compliance with Applicable Laws and Standards. 5.1 Contractor shall comply with all federal, state and local laws, regulations, and ordinances applicable to this Contract or to Contractor’s obligations under this Contract, as those laws, regulations and ordinances may be adopted or amended from time to time.
5.2 OPRD’s performance under this Contract is conditioned upon Contractor's compliance with the obligations intended for contractors under ORS 279B.220, 279B.225 (if applicable to this Contract), 279B.230 and 279B.235 (if applicable to this Contract), which are incorporated by reference herein.
5.3 Contractor shall, to the maximum extent economically feasible in the performance of this Contract, use recycled paper (as defined in ORS 279A.010(1)(gg)), recycled XXXX products (as defined in ORS 279A.010(1)(hh)), and other recycled plastic resin products and recycled products (as “recycled product” is defined in ORS 279A.010(1)(ii)).
Compliance with Applicable Laws and Standards. XXXXX agrees to manage the Contract Agency Inmates and the SCORE Facility in accordance with applicable federal and state laws and regulations and to maintain staffing levels at the SCORE Facility in sufficient numbers and rank to maintain the safety of the public, staff, Inmates, and to reasonably carry out the provisions of this Agreement.
Compliance with Applicable Laws and Standards. Licensee is responsible for the compliance with all applicable laws and safety standards regarding the operation of the Business, the Location, other licensed locations and the use of the Scores Trademarks herein. Licensor's approval of submissions pursuant to Paragraph 3 above in no way affects, alters, diminishes or waives Licensee's obligations hereunder or under Licensee's obligation to indemnify Licensor as set forth herein below.

Compliance with Applicable Laws and Standards. A. The Supplier shall comply with all applicable laws, ordinances, codes, regulations, and other authoritative rules of the United States and of the Cooperating Country and their political subdivisions and with the standards of relevant licensing boards and professional associations.
B. The Supplier shall undertake to perform the services hereunder in accordance with the highest standards of professional and ethical competence and integrity in Supplier’s industry and to ensure that Supplier’s employees assigned to perform any services under this purchase order will conduct themselves in a manner consistent therewith.
1) The Supplier shall exercise due diligence to prevent and detect criminal conduct and otherwise promote an organizational culture that encourages ethical conduct and a commitment to compliance with law.
2) The Supplier shall timely disclose, in writing, to Chemonics and the USAID Office of the Inspector General (OIG), whenever, in connection with this subcontract, or any Order issued hereunder, if applicable, the Supplier has credible evidence that a principal, employee, agent, or subcontractor of the Subcontractor has committed a violation of the provisions against fraud, conflict of interest, bribery or gratuity, or false claims found in this subcontract.
3) The Supplier shall refer to FAR 52.203-13 Contractor Code of Business Ethics and Conduct incorporated by reference herein for applicability of additional requirements.
Compliance with Applicable Laws and Standards. Contractor shall comply with all federal, state and local laws, regulations, and ordinances applicable to this Contract as they may be adopted or amended from time to time.

All rights and remedies available to ODOT under applicable federal, State and local laws are also incorporated by reference herein and are cumulative with all rights and remedies under the Contract. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, ODOT’s performance is conditioned upon Contractor’s compliance with the following laws, regulations and executive orders to the extent they are applicable to the Contract:
a. (Non-discrimination) Titles VI and VII of Civil Rights Act of 1964; Sections 503 and 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973; the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990; Executive Order 11246; The Age Discrimination in Employment Act of 1967, and the Age Discrimination Act of 1975; The Vietnam Era Veterans’ Readjustment Assistance Act of 1974;
