Compliance and Misuse. Without limiting other parts of these Terms or any other terms of the applicable XaaS Agreement, You will comply with all applicable laws, regulations, Hitachi Policies and other mandatory codes and industry practices in the Use of the XaaS Services. You are responsible to ensure that there is no Misuse of the XaaS Services, by You, Your Personnel or Your End Users. Hitachi and its Affiliates and Personnel are not responsible or liable for any Misuse by You or any other person. If You become aware of any Misuse, You must notify Hitachi immediately.
