Common use of Compliance by all Tenant Contractors Clause in Contracts

Compliance by all Tenant Contractors. Tenant shall impose and enforce all terms hereof on Tenant’s Contractors and its designers, architects and engineers. Landlord shall have the right to order Tenant or any of Tenant’s Contractors, designers, architects or engineers who willfully violate the provisions of this Workletter to cease work and remove himself or itself and his or its equipment and employees from the Building.
