Common use of Compliance by Contractor Clause in Contracts

Compliance by Contractor. Contractor represents, warrants and covenants that, with respect to the provision of the Services and the performance of any of Contractor’s other legal and contractual obligations hereunder, Contractor and the Services are and shall be in compliance in all material respects with all applicable Laws and shall remain in compliance with such applicable Laws during the Term, including any Privacy Laws. If Contractor becomes aware that it is out of compliance with such applicable Laws, Contractor shall, at its sole cost, promptly (but not more than thirty (30) days from the time in which Contractor first becomes aware of such non-compliance) comply with such applicable Laws.
