Distributor agrees to comply with all applicable federal, state, regional and local laws and regulations in performing its obligations under the terms and conditions of this Agreement and its dealings with Courses concerning the Product, including but not limited to compliance with all laws and regulations governing radio frequency and the U.S Foreign Corrupt Practices Act.
