Compliance Expenditures. The CCP Board shall review, modify, and approve the recommendations of the Project Committee, made pursuant to Section 6.4(b)(vi) of this Agreement, as to Compliance Costs as specified in Section 8.6(c) of the PPA. If the CCP Board authorizes CCP to agree to reimburse Project Developer for Accepted Compliance Costs, then such amount shall be added to the amount of Operating Costs included in the Monthly Cost calculation for the subsequent month.
