Project Committee. The Project Committee is responsible for strategic and scientific management of the Project. The Project Committee shall be incorporated on the Effective Date and consist of one representative from each Participant (hereinafter referred to as “Member”). Each Member shall be deemed to be duly authorised by the Participant it represents to deliberate, negotiate and decide on all matters listed in Section 6.5 of this Consortium Agreement. The Project Coordinator shall act as the Chairperson in all meetings of the Project Committee, unless decided otherwise by the Project Committee. The Participants agree to abide by all decisions of the Project Committee. This does not prevent the Participants from submitting a dispute for resolution in accordance with the provisions of settlement of disputes in Article 12 of this Consortium Agreement.

Project Committee. A4.1 ACIAR may establish a Project Committee that will include a representative of each of the Parties and, where relevant and appropriate (as determined by ACIAR), any Collaborating Institutions.

If the Parties cannot come to a unanimous decision in the Project Committee, the decision may be escalated to senior management of both Parties in order to try and come to a mutually acceptable solution. If senior management is not able to come to such mutually acceptable solution, the Parties may submit the dispute for resolution in accordance with the provisions of settlement of disputes in Article 13 of this Consortium Agreement.

Project Committee. 9.1 To achieve close coordination and promote the progress of the Developments, the Parties agree that the carrying out of the Services shall give rise to the holding of project committee meetings which will take place by telephone or in person at least two (2) times per month.

Project Committee. ACIAR may establish a Project Committee that shall include a representative of each of the Parties and, where appropriate, the Collaborating Institution. The Project Committee shall advise the Parties in relation to Project matters, and may call for specialised advice on any matter related to the Project. Review and Evaluation ACIAR may at any time undertake to review and evaluate the Project. ACIAR may within three years of the completion of the Project undertake a review to assess the adoption and uptake of the Project results. To facilitate any review under clauses 18.1 and 18.2, the Commissioned Organisation shall promptly provide any financial, technical or such other information as is required by ACIAR and shall at all reasonable times permit persons authorised by ACIAR to have access to the premises upon which the Services are being or have been performed.
