Compliance Filings. No provision of this Section 11 is intended to or shall restrict ISO’s right to make any compliance filing with the Commission within the time frame required by the Commission for such compliance filing. If the time required for such compliance filing does not permit ISO to undertake the entire stakeholder process contemplated by this Section 11, ISO will consult with the Chair or Vice Chair of the Participants Committee or the Vice Chair of the appropriate Technical Committee on appropriate procedures for receiving Governance Participant input under the circumstances.
