Compliance; Fitness for Use. The Licensee shall be solely responsible for and shall comply with all laws, rules and regulations, if any, of Governmental Authorities in connection with the operation of jewelry departments or stores in connection with the Licensed Trade Names and the related purchasing, consigning, merchandising, selling, marketing, promoting, advertising, distributing, manufacturing, importing of or other activities relating to any goods or services.
