Compliance Monitoring and Reporting. 114. Within six months of the effective date of this Agreement, VDOC will provide the United States with a written status report, including any supporting documentation, delineating all steps taken during the reporting period to comply with each substantive provision of this Agreement. Thereafter, for the duration of this Agreement, VDOC will send an updated status report every six months, by email to counsel for the United States, referencing D.J. Xx. 000-00-00. The United States will review each report and provide comment regarding deficiencies or failures to comply, if any. Upon receipt of the United States’ comments, VDOC will address all of the United States’ concerns in the next regular report.
