The Compliance Monitoring, Enforcement and Tracking System (COMETS) is an automated internal system developed by the Commission that consists of an extensive database to track, among other things, non- compliances, monitoring reports, citations, corrective actions and sanctions imposed by the Commission. Grantee shall use COMETS to respond to any citation of non-compliance.
