Throughout the term of this Agreement and any extension thereto, Seller shall comply, at its sole cost and expense, with all applicable statutes, regulations, rules, ordinances, codes and standards (Laws) governing the manufacture, transportation or sale of Items or the performance of Services covered by this Agreement anywhere in the world.
