COMPLIANCE WITH VENDOR DECLARATION. You will comply with our Vendor Declaration. A current version of the Vendor Declaration is attached as an annexure to this Contract and is available on the Bilfinger website. The Vendor Declaration sets the minimum standards that must be applied. However, to the extent the Vendor Declaration conflicts with local law, local law shall apply. We may change the Vendor Declaration if there is a change in legal, regulatory or institutional requirements, case law or ethical business standards relevant to the content of the Vendor Declaration.
