Common use of Compliance Obligation Clause in Contracts

Compliance Obligation. You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations including but not limited to anti-corruption, anti-money laundering, anti-terrorism, export control, economic sanction and anti-boycott laws, regulations and administrative requirements applicable to you or your services. You hereby represent and warrant that you and/or all of your shareholders, directors, officers, employees and subcontractors who will perform services under this Contract are knowledgeable about the laws, restrictions and principles stated above and agree to take appropriate steps to ensure compliance by any such persons with respect to the services to be performed under this Contract.
