Common use of Compliance Programs Clause in Contracts

Compliance Programs. (a) To the extent necessary, review and revise its policies and procedures to provide continuing compliance with all applicable Health Care Laws. (b) Maintain appropriate programs and procedures for communicating such policies and procedures to all officers, directors and employees of the Company and its Subsidiaries. (c) Provide that all officers, directors and employees of the Company and its Subsidiaries are able to report violations of any Health Care Laws. (d) Provide that such reported violations are adequately addressed and corrected as soon as practicable.
