The Points Of Contact have just recently been identified (in the first 2 weeks of May, 2013. Likewise, so too has data in terms of numbers and relative rates. As of the writing of the Report, the Points of Contact have only met a couple of times, have had limited discussion of the data and development of plans as to how to address DMC, etc.
