Common use of Compliance Reporting Clause in Contracts

Compliance Reporting. (i) Provide sales reports to the Trust’s administrator which will enable the administrator to make the required filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission and the states in which the Portfolios are registered. (ii) Prepare and distribute appropriate Internal Revenue Service forms for shareholder income and capital gains. (iii) Issue tax withholding reports to the Internal Revenue Service.
