Common use of Compliance Reporting Clause in Contracts

Compliance Reporting. Buyer shall be responsible for submitting compliance reports to the CPUC and/or other Governmental Authorities on its own behalf and will require resource information, electronic tagging information, and other documentation to be provided by Seller. Seller shall provide all reasonable information to Buyer necessary for Buyer to timely comply with periodic compliance reporting requirements and as otherwise required by Applicable Law with respect to any Product.
