Compliance Statement. The purpose of this document is to assure compliance by the Contractor (defined as any individual or company who agrees to provide materials or services at a specified price) to those certain clauses, provisions and requirements as described by applicable Federal Regulations, which apply to any resulting agreement between The School Board of Xxxxx County, Florida (DCPS) and the Contractor. By signature, the individual executing this statement attests that he/she possesses authority to obligate the contracting firm and agrees to comply with all clauses, provisions and requirements as described below throughout the term of the agreement.
