Compliance System. In relation to Food the Other Party imports or proposes to import, the Other Party must at all times have and implement a Compliance System that: (i) meets the requirements set out in and otherwise complies with this FICA; (ii) manages the risk of contraventions of the IFC Act, in particular sections 8 and 8A; (iii) ensures compliance with Biosecurity Law.
